These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, customers and users of our website. By using this website, placing an order, purchasing a gift card or booking a workshop, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

About Kamane Studio

Kamane Studio is a contemporary glass studio based in Vilnius, Lithuania.

We create handcrafted glass jewelry and offer hands-on glass jewelry workshops in our studio.

Products

All Kamane jewelry is handcrafted in small batches or made one piece at a time.

Because every piece is made by hand, slight variations in color, shape, size, texture and detail may occur. Small bubbles, soft irregularities and color differences are natural parts of handmade glass and should not be considered defects.

We do our best to show each product as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting and device.

Materials and care

Kamane pieces are made from glass and may include silver or other jewelry components.

Glass is strong but delicate and may break if dropped or hit against a hard surface. Silver may naturally tarnish over time due to air, moisture, skin oils, perfume, creams or chemicals.

Please follow our Jewelry Care instructions to keep your piece in its best condition.

Jewelry should be kept away from small children, as some pieces may contain small parts and are not intended as toys.

Orders

When you place an order on our website, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation means that we have received your order, but it does not guarantee acceptance if there is an issue with stock, payment, product availability or incorrect information.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:

• the product is unavailable;

• payment is not completed;

• incorrect information was provided;

• there is an error in pricing or product information;

• we suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

If your order is cancelled after payment has been made, you will receive a refund.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in [EUR / selected currency] and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Shipping costs, customs fees, import duties or local taxes may be calculated separately and are the responsibility of the buyer where applicable.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. Kamane Studio does not store full payment card details.

Production time

All items are prepared and sent within 1–10 business days after the order is placed.

Some pieces may be ready to ship, while others may require additional time to be made or prepared. If your order requires extra production time, we will contact you.

Production time does not include delivery time.

Delivery

Orders are shipped from Lithuania using Lithuanian Post or another selected shipping provider.

International shipping may take 1–5 weeks, depending on the destination, postal services, customs processing and seasonal delays.

Kamane Studio is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, incorrect delivery information or circumstances outside our control.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes or other charges that may apply in their country.

Kamane Studio is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges required by local authorities.

Packaging

All jewelry is carefully packed in protective boxes to keep it safe during shipping.

If your order is a gift, you may leave a note at checkout and we will prepare it with care.

Returns and refunds

If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• unused;

• undamaged;

• in its original condition;

• safely packed for return shipping.

Please contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake or a faulty item.

Custom-made or personalized pieces cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if they are unused and in their original condition.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include:

• your order number;

• a short description of the issue;

• clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and offer a suitable solution, such as repair, replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Workshop bookings

Kamane Studio offers hands-on glass jewelry workshops in Vilnius.

Workshop bookings are confirmed by email after purchase. The confirmation will include the workshop details, location and any important information before your visit.

Please arrive on time and follow all safety instructions given during the workshop.

No previous experience is required, unless stated otherwise.

Workshop cancellations and rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your workshop, please contact us as early as possible.

Our suggested cancellation policy:

More than 7 days before the workshop:
You may reschedule or request a refund.

3–7 days before the workshop:
You may reschedule to another available date.

Less than 72 hours before the workshop:
The booking is non-refundable, but you may transfer your place to another person.

No-shows:
Missed workshops are non-refundable.

If we need to reschedule a workshop due to illness, studio issues or unexpected circumstances, we will offer you a new date or a full refund.

Safety during workshops

Working with glass involves heat, tools and materials that must be handled carefully.

By attending a workshop, you agree to follow all safety instructions given by Kamane Studio.

We reserve the right to stop your participation if safety instructions are ignored or if your behaviour puts yourself, other participants or the studio at risk.

Gift cards

Kamane gift cards can be used for handcrafted jewelry, workshops or other eligible studio experiences, unless stated otherwise.

Digital gift cards are delivered by email and do not require physical shipping.

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

Lost or incorrectly entered gift card email addresses are the responsibility of the buyer, so please make sure all information is correct before purchase.

Unused gift cards may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase, unless they have already been redeemed.

Website content and intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, product photography, graphics, logo, design elements and brand materials, belongs to Kamane Studio or is used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Third-party links

Our website may include links to third-party websites, such as social media platforms, payment providers or delivery services.

We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or terms of these third-party websites.

Limitation of liability

We do our best to keep all information on the website accurate and up to date. However, we cannot guarantee that all content will always be free from errors.

Kamane Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses related to the use of our website, products, shipping delays or workshop bookings, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

The latest version will always be available on this page. By continuing to use the website after changes are published, you agree to the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also have mandatory consumer protection rights under the laws of your country of residence.
